Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your Nora account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete from within the app

Open Nora, go to your Account page and tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently, except for the records listed under “What is kept, and why”.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer open the app or sign in, email support@iskae.dev from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in details (email or Google link);
• Your questions, readings and the charts inside them (including the place each chart was cast for), your ratings and your conversation history;
• Every link you created to share a reading;
• Copies of reading responses made while you were signed in, which we keep for 24 hours so that a retry does not charge you twice;
• Your credit balance and purchase history;
• All of your active sessions.

We never store the birth details you enter for a birth chart, so there are none to delete.

What is kept, and why

Some records are not removed when you delete your account:

• Purchase tokens. So that one purchase cannot be claimed twice, we keep a record of each purchase token you used, with the time it was used and, when we have them, the product and the store platform. The record has no link to your account and we keep it indefinitely. It is not anonymous: Google Play can still link a purchase token to the buyer.
• Your device identifier, if you used a free reading. So that the free reading cannot be taken again, we keep the record that your device has had it, against the device identifier.
• Readings you made before you signed up and never moved to your account. They stay on our server tied to your installation identifier, because they were never attached to your account.
• Crash reports, usage events and server logs. The providers named in the Privacy Policy hold them under their own arrangements.

In addition, any data already sent to OpenAI to generate a reading is subject to OpenAI's own retention policy and cannot be deleted by us.

About your purchases

Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credits and does not automatically refund Google Play purchases. Manage purchases through Google Play.
